Privacy policy

Last updated 10 August 2026

Chuluu imports and supplies natural stone to customers in Mongolia. This page explains what personal data we collect in the course of that business, why we hold it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers and sets no tracking cookies.

Why we hold it

To prepare quotations, fulfil orders, arrange shipping and customs clearance, issue invoices, and answer questions afterwards about material that has already been supplied. Records relating to imports and invoicing are kept for as long as accounting and customs rules require.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. It reaches others only where the work requires it:

Because material is imported, some of this data is necessarily processed outside Mongolia.

Email we send

We send quotations, order updates, shipping notices and replies to people who have contacted us or placed an order. We do not send marketing campaigns and we do not send to addresses that were bought, rented or collected from third parties.

If you receive email from us that you did not expect, reply to the message or write to [email protected] and we will stop.

Security

Correspondence is carried over encrypted connections and stored on managed mail infrastructure with authenticated access, sending limits and automated blocking of repeated failed logins.

Your choices

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it for accounting or customs purposes. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
